Christians Against Poverty
Twice as many families in Northern Ireland experience poverty as elsewhere in the UK. Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is a UK-based international charity dedicated to helping people reclaim their lives from the curse of debt.
Our neighbouring congregation of Carnmoney Presbyterian Church runs a CAP centre, with support from the Urban Mission Trust of the North Belfast Presbytery (of which Ballyhenry is a part). A full time Centre Manager and a team of volunteers are ready and willing to help everyone, regardless of religion or beliefs, to take back control of their lives.
If you need help, or you know of someone who could benefit then please ring the CAP helpline number below. Further information on how the process works and what happens next is available on the CAP website.
To book an initial appointment with CAP call free on 0800 328 0006.
