Sundays

Our main weekly gathering takes place on Sunday mornings at 11am. Around 200 people of all ages meet together for around an hour. We sing, we pray, we read the Bible, and each week there is a talk helping us to see how what we have read in the Bible applies to day to day life.

If it’s a while since you’ve been in a church, don’t worry there’s no dress code, you can sit wherever you like, and you won’t be asked to say or do anything.

In February 2013 our morning service was broadcast on BBC Radio Ulster. You can listen to that service by clicking on the link below, which will give you a bit of a feel for what goes on on a typical Sunday.

During our 11am service there is a supervised crèche for newborns and toddlers. Beginners Sunday School offers fun based Bible activities for pre-schoolers, while Primetime allows children of primary school age to engage with the Bible in a lively and age relevant way. Bible Class gives teenagers opportunity to spend time together in a context where they chat, listen and explore the Bible for themselves.

On Sunday evenings there is a second, and appreciated, opportunity to gather for worship at 7pm. Once again the emphasis is on Bible teaching, praise and prayer, with time afterwards for a cup of tea and a chat. There is a prayer time each Sunday evening at 6.30pm which meets before the service in our crèche room.

Please note there is no evening service during the months of July and August.
