Sunday morning - 13th March

This Sunday morning our journey through The David Story brings us to 2 Samuel 7. David is now King, he is settled in his palace and Jerusalem is at peace. It troubles David that the Ark of God is in a tent while he lives in a palace, so David decides to build a Temple for God. However in this pivotal chapter God hits the 'pause button' in David's life teaching him that what He wants to do for him is more foundational than anything David can do for God.

Niall is due to speak at our service, Praise Group will be leading on the music side and as usual we have creche / children's provision and teenage Bible class. The service will be followed by a short congregational meeting (details as announced over the past two weeks).
