Sunday morning - 10th December

Sunday morning - 10th December

This Sunday morning we meet in Ballyhenry for morning worship at 11am. This service sees us come to the end of our series in 1 Corinthians 'Everyday Disciples.' Our passage this week is 1 Corinthians 16. In this chapter we see Paul painting a picture of the early Christian Church - how they gathered together on the first day of the week and how at their core they were a team. It's interesting to see how Paul finishes this letter out with lots of references to individuals who he really appreciated. Also of note is how he signs off - reminding his readers that amidst all the challenges (and even disappointments) of life together - the Lord's grace was at work among them and Paul loved them deeply.

There will be a full children's provision and supervised crecehe.

What does the image of the burning coals have to do with Sunday morning's talk? Come along and find out!
