This Sunday - 17th January

This Sunday we meet at 11am when we will be entering in to the second part of the David story looking at 1 Samuel 16 vs 14-23. An Alan Rickman quote will be setting the scene: 'It's a human need to be told stories ... stories .. about who we are, why we are here, where we come from, and what might be possible.' In this talk we will be seeing the sovereign hand of God at work alongside the decline of Saul and the growth of David. As is the norm our service will include Praise Group, supervised creche, full children's provision and teenage Bible Class.

Then at 7pm we meet for our evening service (prayertime at 6.30pm). This week we begin a new series entitled 'A Message Worth Sharing'. Our focus this week will be 2 Corinthians 5 vs 11-21, where the Apostle Paul examines the motivation for sharing good news with others, alongside what it is that keeps Christians going in this task.
