Harvest Sunday - 11th October

On Sunday 11th October we meet for Harvest Sunday - an annual opportunity to give thanks God for all that he gives us in our day to day lives.

We are encouraging members to take the opportunity to contribute to the United Appeal of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland - an appeal that supports the mission work of the church around Ireland and Overseas. Harvest is also a time for remembering those who work to produce the harvests that we enjoy. Recently the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church (Dr Ian McNie) met with representatives of the Ulster Farmers' Union to discuss the currrent situation affecting the farming community. Our guest speaker at our morning service (11am) will be Rev John Hutchinsion and Niall will be speaking in the evening (7pm). Our Praise Group will be leading the Praise at both services.
