Easter Weekend - The Truth Behind it All

Easter Weekend - The Truth Behind it All

This weekend we join together to remember and celebrate Easter in Ballyhenry. 'Easter' is a time of the year that means many different things to different people - holidays, time off work, bunnies, eggs, commemorations, time with the family - and so the list goes on. But in behind it all - what is the truth at the heart of Easter? It will be this question that we will be exploring over the course of three special services this weekend.

On Friday evening (25th) we gather at 8pm for our Good Friday Communion Service. Then on Easter Day (Sunday 27th) we meet for our Morning Celebration at 11am and our Evening celebration at 7pm (Prayertime at 6.30pm). Niall will be speaking on Friday evening and Sunday morning and on Sunday evening we welcome Rev Noel Agnew as our guest speaker. There will be a full children's provision at our morning service. Music is always a central part of these special times in Ballyhenry and we very much look forward to our Praise Group leading, and singing, at each of these services.

Always remember - good news is for sharing! Do plan to attend these services but do also be encouraged to invite others along, and to pray that the risen Lord, who gave His life for the world, will meet with us at this time.
