Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention

The Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention is taking place this month in Hamilton Road Presbyterian Church, Bangor (19th-27th August). The convention brings together a wide range of missionary speakers from around the world and also includes a series of morning 'Bible Readings'. This event comes warmly recommended (either to attend in person or to access many of their talks on-line).

This year's convention also features a special celebration event on Saturday 20th August (7.30pm) in the Assembly Buildings Belfast. This evening will feature Conrad Mbewe (Kabwata Baptist Church), George Verwer (OM) and an interview with Bob McAllister (whose life story was featured in a recent TV documentary). Tickets are £5 and can be purchased via the convention website.
